The promoters of the Duncan Swap Meet grew up crawling under rusty old fenders at swap meets. They know what vendors (and visitors) want in an automotive swap meet. Vendors want a well run operation with no hassle, where lots of visitors come and buy all of their stuff, good access to get in and set up, parking for truck and trailers, SECURITY for their expensive stuff and pleasant staff. Oh, and if you can have great weather it is even better. Well the Duncan Swap Meet staff can't promise visitors will buy all of your stuff and great weather every day, but we are committed to making the Duncan Swap Meet the best swap meet around.

The Duncan Swap Meet is held at the Stephens County Fair Grounds. This wonderfull facility was recently expanded and has over 140,000 square feet under roof and 42 acres of grounds. Sixty five RV hook ups are available on the grounds with a dump station. Many flush toilets are located in the fair buildings. Showers are available. The fair staff works hard to keep the facility clean and neat. They are experienced with large crowds for conventions and shows. Stephens County Fair Website
Vendors are encouraged to bring anything and everything for automobiles, boats, motorcycles, trucks, tractors, hotrods, classics, exotics and other automotive related. We discourage flea market type merchandise, crafts and household goods. Think automotive - if it does not relate to wheels, bring something else.
The main building used by the Duncan Swap Meet is the Arena. The Stephens County Fair Arena has 77,000 square feet under roof. This area will be used for General indoor swap meet spaces by the Duncan Swap Meet. The Arena has a concreter and dust-free dirt floor. The building includes a consession kitchen, restrooms and showers. The Livestock Pavilion has 57,000 square feet with concrete floor and will also have indoor swap meet spaces.
The Stephens County Fair Exhibit Building will be used for Duncan Swap Meet Automotive related Memorabilia booth spaces. This building is fully climate controlled. Over 8200 square feet of space is available in this building for swap meet Automotive related Memorabilia spaces. No vehicles will be allowed inside the Memorabilia area.
Three booth types (or spaces - same thing just different name) will be available at the Duncan Swap Meet. The General Indoor booths, General Outdoor booths and Memorabilia booth spaces have different sizes and prices. Choose the one best for you or choose them all!
General Indoor Booth sizes are 10 foot x 18 foot.
Rates are $35.00 per space until March 14, 2013.

Outdoor spaces are available at the Duncan Swap meet on either paved or gravel areas.
General Outdoor Booth sizes are 10 foot x 25 foot.
